Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a fixed number of sessions per month; unused sessions do not carry over. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for unused sessions or partial billing periods unless required by law.
